Founder 

Krupalini Swamy is a passionate Educator and has been serving the education sector holding offices of different cadres both nationally and internationally over the last decade. She is the founder of Project Njaan an organization set up with a goal of celebrating the Life of every Individual, his/her/their lessons, and Common Humanity. She also serves as the Mentor for Change for NITI Aayog, India. She is a UNESCO World Youth Leader on Kindness representing India. She has worked with people and organizations across India, the USA, Japan, Singapore, and Australia.

She believes that Kindness, Empathy, and Compassion is the solution to most/all problems that exist in our world today. She envisions instill Compassion more strongly amongst individuals and communities from the grass-roots level and CIT is definitely a tool that will aid in bringing this dream to reality.

ARUN RAVINDRAN

Co - Founder 

Arun Ravindran is an expert in operations and process management, with keen attention to detail. He has worked extensively in the education industry for a decade. He has worked in the areas of recruitments, people management, resource management, admissions etc., for major Universities Business Schools and Corporates in India

He is currently spear heading the operations and new initiatives development for Project Njaan.

TONY STARK

Chief Happiness Officer

Tony Stark handles the over all responsibility as the CHO- Chief Happiness Officer for Project Njaan. He is exclusively available for all the on site employees of Project Njaan with his unlimited energy. He is the live wire of the office, He also ensures everyone has enough workout during the working hours by making them run after him during breaks.
